Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cans gluten free cinnamon rolls

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cut cinnamon rolls into pieces and place in a greased baking dish.

  2. Mix eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  3. Pour over the rolls.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes.

  5. Drizzle included icing on top.
