Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

  • Spread in baking dish.

  • Mix oats, flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly; sprinkle on apples.

  • Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
