Gluten-Free Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease two ramekins and dust lightly with cocoa powder.

  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.

  3. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, salt, and flour until smooth.

  4. Divide batter between ramekins and bake 12–13 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.

  5. Cool 1–2 minutes, invert onto plates, and serve warm with vanilla ice cream..
