Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed

  • 1 cup gluten-free cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup gluten-free fried onions

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Boil green beans 5 minutes, then drain.

  • Mix soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Combine beans with half the onions and pour into a casserole dish.

  • Top with remaining onions and bake 25 minutes.
