Gluten Free Italian Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 230 grams of granulated sugar

  • 70 milliliters of vegetable oil

  • 300 grams of gluten free flour

  • 160 milliliters of almond milk

  • 16 grams of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Peel of one lemon

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

  2. Pour batter into a well-greased, fluted bundt cake pan.

  3. Bake at 350 F (176 C) for 35 - 40 minutes
