

Gluten Free Italian Powder Cookies
Ingredients
3 cups of softened butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of cut of chocolate
4 cups of powdered sugar
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together 30 grams of milk, 3 grams of yeast and 1 egg.
In a large bowl, mix together 270 grams of gluten free flour, 140 grams of butter, cut into large pieces and 5 grams of granulated sugar. Use your hands to clump the mixture together.
Add the wet ingredients and use hands to form a dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Form equal size balls.
Move cookies to a parchment lined cookie tray.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
Roll cookies in powdered sugar.
Let cookies cool and roll them again in powdered sugar.
