Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of gluten free flour

  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk

  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and almond milk, set aside.

  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add to mixture, making sure everything is well combined.

  3. Add the vanilla extract and 1 egg, mix well.
