Gluten Free Pressure Cooker BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • Rack of ribs

  • 6 cups of your broth of choice

  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Place rack of ribs bone side down in the pressure cooker.

  2. Add the broth and apple cider vinegar.

  3. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.

  4. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes.

  5. Brush on the BBQ sauce.
