Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
1 small sweet potato, cooked and mashed
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
Directions
Combine mashed sweet potato, yogurt, and almond butter.
Stir in cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup.
Top with nuts or fruit if desired.
