Herb & Garlic Christmas Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Mix herbs, garlic, and oil; rub on pork.

  3. Place on a sheet pan and roast 22–25 minutes.

  4. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
