Potato Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 baked potatoes

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Cut baked potatoes into chunks.

  2. Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions.

  3. Add a dollop of sour cream.

  4. Serve warm.
